The Hopkins Education Foundation is governed by its board of directors that sets policies related to grant-making, spending, investment, management, governance, internal and independent audits and the compensation of its staff.  An Executive Committee of the board consists of the officers and several at-large members, all chosen by the board of directors.  The Executive Committee and the board of directors each meet monthly during the academic year.

Each director must agree to and abide by our Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
