HEF operates on the same calendar as the Hopkins Public Schools.
We plan to run the following community and fund-raising events during the upcoming academic year:
- Rock-n-Royal – Saturday, September 18, 2021 (See info about 2019 event)
- Holiday Gratitude Greetings for teacher and staff — late November through early December
- Royal Bash — Saturday, February 26, 2022 (See info about 2021 event)
- Royal Family Fun Day — Sunday, May 1, 2022 (See info about 2019 event)
- Spring Gratitude Greetings for teacher and staff — May
We accept grant applications and make grant awards several times per year:
- Fall grant applications for teachers and staff — typically due mid-October
- Fall grants awarded — typically late November or early December
- Spring grant applications for teachers and staff — typically due before spring break
- Spring grants awarded — typically late April or early May
- Awesome Fund Grants for student-run clubs — applications accepted throughout the school year, with awards three times per year
