Based on ideas born at MIT and Google, MakerSpace will be a welcoming place in the Media Center for students to explore fun, hands-on projects. MakerSpace offers an engaging opportunity to tinker, create, investigate, code and puzzle. With themes in line with the IB program but decidedly unscripted, MakerSpace is a platform for learners of diverse talents. Free play, puzzles, electronics, art, and 3-D printing are just some of the enriching activities planned for students, giving them the chance to explore, fail, learn and succeed.
