Thanks for your interest! We rely on great proposals from Hopkins teachers and staff to enable us to make a difference in Hopkins Public Schools. We review grant applications twice each school year, in the fall and the spring. Below, you will find instructions for applying and the next deadlines. NOTE: Grants are also available for student clubs. For more information and instructions for applying for those grants, see The Awesome Fund.

    Grant Guidelines

    • Download and review the GRANT GUIDELINES.

    • Please ensure your idea meets the guidelines.

    • Be sure to discuss your idea with your supervisor.

  • Step Two

    Concept Form

    • Complete the CONCEPT FORM,

    • Submit it to the HEF office by the deadline (below).

    • You will receive feedback from our grant committee that will help you to complete your full grant application.

    * This step is optional but highly recommended.

    Grant Application

    • Complete the GRANT APPLICATION

    • Submit it to the HEF office by the deadline (below).

    • A grant committee member may contact you for clarification or additional information.

    • You will receive final notification in approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the grant deadline.
